Liam Rothwell, Staff Writer
Liam Rothwell is a sophomore at Green Hope High School, and a first-year member of the school newspaper staff. He is especially interested in covering sports and student life, using inspiration from his own experience as a player on the school’s baseball team. Being around athletics every day gives him an eye for the small details, like the different traditions that bring students together. Outside of school, Liam enjoys driving around with friends, fishing on weekends and listening to music. His favorite class so far has been Speech 1 with Mr. O’Brien, which helped him grow more confident speaking in front of others. Looking ahead, Liam hopes to make the varsity baseball team and would love the chance to play in college. After high school, he plans to attend law school and pursue a career as a patent attorney.
