Avni Mandal is an innovative sophomore at Green Hope High School and is entering her first year with the GH Falcon. As a new staff writer, she hopes to improve her writing skills, understanding the world of journalism and how she can share important ideas to the public. In her free time, Avni loves to express herself through dance and engaging in creative things, like art and crime-related topics. She finds interest in understanding how certain things in the world work, hoping to share them in her writing. Looking towards the future, she sees herself studying criminology or art while working towards a career she enjoys, expanding her interests and hobbies into something bigger. On top of balancing her school life from her personal life, Avni is excited to step into journalism and share her ideas with the GH Falcon news.
