Every September, Asian Focus holds Asia Fest, an event celebrating vibrant cultures. At the festival, many displayed their cultures through musical and dance performances. Shown above is a traditional South Asian dance.

Alan Shr, Opinion/Editorials Editor
Alan Shr is a senior at Green Hope High School and this is his third year at the GH Falcon. As the editor for the opinions/editorial section, his interest in journalism was inspired by seeing influential works from publications such as the New York Times and Dazed Magazine. Aside from working on the GH Falcon staff, Alan is involved through a variety of other activities throughout school, such as Psi Alpha Honor Society, National English Honor Society and HOSA. In the future, Alan hopes to attend a four year university to study public health and business, aspiring to work in healthcare as a dermatologist. Alan is looking forward to a great year and to make a positive impact through the GH Falcon!
