Lorelei Zagacki, Student Life Editor
Lorelei Zagacki is a proud senior who’s excited to film more podcasts and graduate this year!
Hailing from North Carolina, Lorelei loves herself a good southern meal of chicken and waffles. If you were to spot Lorelei at school she’d be the quiet, organized, cool, anxious, funny girl who’s listening to music (though she doesn’t have a favorite artist or song). Lorelei feels she’s is most like the season winter and, if she was an animal, then she would most likely be a deer because they’re scared of everything. Additionally, if she were given a superlative she’d probably get: Most Likely To Worry About Everything.
When bored, Lorelei plays Sims. In the future, Lorelei aspires to be a teacher and her favorite subject (as a student) is English. As a Virgo she has her mind somewhat made up: she likes her coffee iced, her ice-cream chocolate (preferably Kilwins), her green emerald, and her roses orange.
Lorelei is sure to have another amazing year where she fiercely writes about the ins and outs of Green Hope. Despite her feeling frightened of everything, she has a knack for reporting and speaking freely about controversial topics most students are too hesitant to cover. (Be on the lookout for more sky-scraping work from her as our student life editor this year!) If she could talk to her freshmen self she’d say, “It goes by really fast, enjoy it!”
