The statue pictured was featured in the movie “Coming to America,” where Jones portrayed the role of King Jaffe Joffer, father of Eddie Murphy’s Prince Akeem. Jones played the character twice, both in the original as well as its sequel “Coming 2 America.” The statue now resides in the studio lots of Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles.
