Zoey is a senior at Green Hope High School who recently moved to North Carolina from Zimbabwe. Her love for storytelling is enriched by her travels to and from different places, giving her a unique perspective in her writing. Passionate about mystery and tragedy, Zoey enjoys reading novels in these genres and crafting short pieces that provoke thought and emotion. She admires the power of words to inspire advocacy and shift opinions—whether on lighthearted topics like favorite colors or significant issues such as voting decisions. With experience from a Yearbook class at her previous school, Zoey is excited to bring her voice and global perspective to Green Hope’s journalism team.
