As the leaves fall from the trees and breeze fills the air,with the days getting shorter and nights getting longer, the seasons are changing. The big question of all this is what activities are available in the Fall season? The weather transitions for North Carolina weather are not very extreme, but the energy is there nonetheless. Pumpkin patches and apple cider, the weather has urged for a change in scenery. As the weather continues to cool down, more activities are able to begin. Themes begin to shift and more dark, muted colors are seen, such as brown, orange, green, and red.. Pumpkin spice lattes are getting served, along with hot chocolates and apple ciders. Halloween is peeking around the corner and creativity through the form of costumes starts to seep through.
Fall offers a rich variety of activities to do which blend cozy vibes and the outdoors together. As the temperature cools and leaves start to turn a mix of orange and red, more people tend to enjoy things like hiking, talking walks, and starting up a bonfire.
While beaches and tanning aren’t activities to be very popular during the fall season, things like apple picking, hay rides are things to look forward to. Philips Farm Horror Nights will close up on November 8th and the farm in general is open for their fall season. The farm just recently had its Apple Everything Festival, which occurs from Oct. 11th-13th to celebrate the NC apple harvest. Pumpkin patches are also something worth doing during the fall season.
The fall season is nothing short of fun and many appreciate it for its nice weather and relaxing aura. Halloween and Thanksgiving are two of the best holidays with their own different vibes and yet they come together under one season, fall.
Horror movies are a great thing to watch during this spooky season and they’re available almost everywhere, the movie theater, drive-ins, and more. Foods popular during this season are things like caramel apples, pie and other delicious treats.
