The Green Hope High School varsity volleyball team continues to win all its games this season. With a record of 12-0-0, they have won all their games so far in dominant fashion. The Falcons are yet to concede a set with their most recent win being against Fuquay Varina on Monday. Green Hope’s varsity has guaranteed a minimum of 10 more games this season, with the next home game being against Willow Spring.

The Green Hope team already had 10 games so far this season, with most of them being back-to-back games or with only one or two days to recover. The GH Falcon recently sat down with captain and setter Chloe Burbage (‘28) to ask about how the team stays focused after their games, “We focus on resetting and we focus on one game at a time and not worrying about our other games.” We also sat down with middle Samantha Cowen (‘28) to ask her how she feels about having an undefeated season so far. “ I feel good, pretty good, pretty excited. We have a good team with a good attitude, and I like the positive energy we’ve got going on.”
All the players have personal goals, but the team itself has different goals. Burbage said, “Our goals for this season are definitely beating Green Level and all of our rivals in general and making it further in the playoffs than we did last year.” The game against Green Level is one of their last games, but the team is focused and starting to prepare for the important game against their rival.
