Green Hope Psi Alpha Honor Society has officially surpassed its goal of raising $1500 for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). NAMI is the leading grassroots mental health nonprofit in the United States and uses the money received from donations to provide individuals with support and education throughout their mental health journey.
February: Valentine’s fundraiser

Psi Alpha Honor Society kicked off second semester with a sweet and spirited Valentine’s Day fundraiser at Green Hope High School. Over two days, members transformed the school commons into a colorful pop-up filled with heartfelt gifts and baked goods, offering brownies, chocolate, cookies, stickers and bouquets. The stand quickly became a hotspot for students looking to surprise a friend, spread love, or treat themselves. With a heart theme and steady support from students, Psi Alpha’s mission of promoting positivity and connection was on full display.
March: Fruit tea fundraiser

Welcoming the warm weather, Psi Alpha served up refreshments and charity with their March fruit tea fundraiser. Partnering with local favorite SweeTea, members sold colorful fruit tea drinks that quickly became a lunchtime favorite. Students lined up in support of the cause, making the event a success. With each cup sold, Psi Alpha raised funds to support mental health awareness and student wellness, staying true to their values while bringing a fresh start to spring fundraising.
April: Spring Fundraiser

For a great finish to their 2024-2025 fundraising season, Psi Alpha hosted a community-powered spring fundraiser in the school commons. Board members and volunteers once again ran the stand, offering snacks donated by Psi Alpha members. This stand followed the trend of past sales and brought the aspect of teamwork into charity. The fundraiser was not only a chance to raise money for NAMI, but also a way to bring students together, showing the honor society’s dedication to service and community.
