Peggy Chen, Editor-in-Chief
Peggy Chen is a senior at Green Hope High School, and this is her third year in the journalism program. She is thrilled to serve as the editor-in-chief and be able to report on the issues that she is passionate about. She is focused on covering climate, local policy, and health, but is interested in any story relevant to the community. Outside the Falcon, she likes to spend her time with family and friends. She is excited to make an impact through journalism at Green Hope!
Sophie Meekins, Staff Writer
Sophie Meekins is a senior at Green Hope High School and this is her first year writing for the GH Falcon. She is a talented athlete who has been on the varsity swim team for four years, and has done year round swimming since she was nine years old. Sophie likes to travel and hopes to study abroad in college. Along with her passions in writing and English, she is also interested in interior design and environmental science. In her free time, Sophie likes spending time with her friends and reading.
